Plus, The plaintiff started selling cocaine after he graduated college. He was arrested, but then took on a new identity and stayed on the run for four years. He went to prison and turned his life around after that. He says the defendant hired his moving company but failed to pay, so he’s suing for the balance due on the services. The defendant says he stopped paying because some of his personal belongings went missing after the move.
