Recipes below.Grab Some Pine, Meat!2 oz St. George Terroir Gin1/4 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth1/3 oz Yellow Chartreuse (Sub with Genepy or Benedictine if you don’t have Yellow Chartreuse)1 dash orange bitters1 dash celery bitters (optional)Garnish: slapped rosemary sprig + beef jerky.Stir all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a nick and nora and carefully add garnish.I Wanna Get That (Ugly Finder)1 1/2 oz White Rum1/2 oz Galliano1 oz Lime Juice3/4 oz Simple Syrup2 oz Sparkling White WineCombine the rum, Galliano, lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain the cocktail into a chilled champagne flute and top with the sparkling white wine.#doitforwilson
