Nzingah Oniwosan is a Haitian-American teaching artist and holistic health consultant who helps black women be proactive about their self-care (www.365zing). Oniwosan shares her 19-year healing journey from childhood obesity, a benign pituitary brain tumor at age 11, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and scleroderma, an autoimmune disease.
