A hard look at Ohio State football special teams -- Are the results worth the effort?

On this Monday Buckeye Talk, it's time for an in-depth look at Ohio State special teams. This is worth the time since three major special teams played affected the end of Ohio State's season -- the miscommunication on what should have been a fake punt vs. Michigan; the fake punt that was stopped by a timeout vs. Georgia; and the missed field goal to end the Georgia loss. To get at those issues, Doug Lesmerises spent 20 minutes interviewing OSU specials teams coordinator Parker Fleming when he was available a few weeks ago. In what was almost a one-on-one interview, Doug dug in more on special teams than Buckeye Talk has done in a long time. On this podcast, Doug shares his thoughts on whether Ohio State should have an entire assistant coach devoted to special teams, and gets at what didn't work for the Buckeyes.
