In 2012, Nicole began to radically change her life by transitioning out of the design/tech world and co-founding Yoga Rock Studios, a community center for people to transform their body, mind and spirit through the physical and philosophical principals of yoga and meditation. This transition gave her the opportunity to approach the business management, community engagement, and her ongoing training/practice by integrating both traditional business methods with spiritual/yoga principles vs. the common “this is business not personal” mindset. In 2013, Nicole was certified in Reiki and began developing training programs combining yoga & reiki philosophies.
