A Heart for Glory, Pt 2
from Unashamed Truth Hosted by Grant Castleberry
In today’s episode, Grant Castleberry reflects on Jesus' high priestly prayer in John 17, highlighting its significance as the longest recorded prayer of Jesus in the New Testament. He compares the prayer to the high priest's actions in the Old Testament, showing how Jesus prays for himself, his disciples, and future believers, mirroring the high priest's intercessions. Grant emphasizes the revolutionary nature of Jesus praying for his and the Father's glorification, pointing out that what Jesus cares about most is that the Godhead—Father, Son, and Spirit—would be glorified.
