A Heart of Gratitude

Is your heart overflowing with gratitude today?  Scripture says that the heart of those who know Christ will overflow with thankfulness - they know the value of the gift they have received!  (2 Corinthians 4:15) Those who know Christ are thankful for true freedom - freedom from sin, and freedom from moral reformation and keeping the law! If you don't see yourself as in need of a Savior, then you probably won't find yourself filled with gratitude for receiving him. You'll probably look to other things for fulfillment - or even feel entitled to what makes you happy.  True gratefulness is not circumstantial - it's based on knowing God, and it produces peace and joy in the heart.
