A HEART UNITED IN PRAYER

Psalm 86:11 (KJV) Teach me thy way, O Lord; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name. There are so many Christians who suffer from a serious deficiency of praying the wrong way. Some will pray long hours saying the wrong thing and wonder why things still don’t work in their lives. Remember it’s not about how long you pray but how right you pray.   So how does one pray based on today’s scripture? David said ‘unite’ my heart, and this gives us a clue as to how we ought to pray. When you pray, focus your attention on the Lord, and be conscious of what you’re praying about. Some people pray about so many things, and a moment later, they don’t remember what they just said. If you don’t remember what you prayed about, how would you know when God answers? So there needs to be a unity of heart, a focus on a specific desired outcome for a specific thing.   Unite your heart, turn off any distractions. Write your specific prayer points, meditate on scriptures that cover your case and expect an outcome, that’s a heart united. When you have made your definite request to the Lord, rejoice, and give Him glory, knowing that it’s done.      PROPHETIC DECLARATION My heart is united and focused today as I decree and declare a successful day, week, month and year, in Jesus Name!
