A Heathy Base is Built on These Two Bricks

from The Women's Fittest Podcast · host Debra Jean Terpstra

Send us Fan MailThanks for listening to another episode of The Women’s Fittest Podcast! This is episode  #126!In this solo episode I talk about the recent passing of my father and what living the “both life” looks like.  Both celebrating and grieving while living and how we’re all doing this in one way or another. I  share a few personal things going on in my life that have lead to opportunities with myself and my daughter. And finally I talk about the two fundamental bricks (IMO) that health and even bodybuilding is built on.  The episode finishes with a recording of my daughter playing her first public spot that another artist named Lexi Adam’s graciously shared with her giving her an opportunity to perform and shake off nerves before her solo gig next weekend. Women empowering and uplifting women to fulfill what their creator intended. That’s what this podcast is all about! Sharing life and being real!  Enjoy this shorter episode, I hope it’s relatable as well as helpful.  Healthy look different on every body.  ♥️Mentions: @joerogan@drmattwalker@_lexiadams@annagrace_music@buffcake22@thewomensfittestSubscribe to The Women’s Fittest podcast as new episodes drop every Monday and throughout the week.
