A History of Sitcoms Through WandaVision: The Talking Head of the 2010s

Wandavision Episode Seven: Breaking the Fourth Wall brings us into the 2010's a decade where most of comedy was cutaways to to the talking heads, awkward zooms, tough story lines and a decline in the family sitcom as we turned to streaming.  Modern Family broke that trend and showed us a more inclusive, more, well modern family on the screen. We discuss the episode, the impact of Modern Family and how comedy from that era aged worse than other eras.
