As the host of The Mortgage Messenger, I have had the privilege of sharing with you my thoughts and views of the real estate industry.  Certainly this past year has been an interesting one in the industry. As a mortgage professional over the past twenty-five years, I have had the honor of helping families celebrate the holidays – as homeowners.  With rates remaining at historic lows, it has been very rewarding knowing that those I have helped this past year will benefit for a long time to come.
