A Horrible Story. Some time ago a semi truck crossed the median on an interstate in Indiana. The truck his a college van carrying students and staff. The death of 5 people was bad enough but that isn't where the storied ended. Two young ladies and two family would have their lives changed for ever in a twist of fate from the accident. At the scene of the wreck, victims were being identified. Two girls with similar features were victims. On that crazy night, a mistake would be made that would have an impact on the girls families forever. Whitney Cerak was the student first thought to be killed in the accident. Laura VanRyn was thought to be still alive was identified as Cerak. It would be a month til the families would realize the young lady they buried was buried with the wrong name and that she was still alive. Tragedy would befall on the Vanryn family when they also found out that the young girl in the hospital they were caring for, was someone else's daughter.
