A House of Prayer or a Den of Thieves?

The actions of Jesus casting out the money changers from the temple in Jerusalem is an informative example of the Lord’s intended purpose of how the sanctuary of God must be utilized. Sadly, some have grossly neglected that expectation, and have abandoned the priestly responsibilities given by God to them concerning the “bodily temple” they have been assigned over. Regardless of how a man thinks their body should be governed, as Jesus came suddenly into the Jerusalem temple one day and judged, so too will he come to us to determine if our bodily temples are a house of prayer or a den of thieves.
