As Theresa & Sherry continue to tease out their CAMP program, this episode uses the letter A in CAMP to explore Alignment, Awareness & Anecdotes.

The two hosts discuss many ways to view alignment, including the physical posture, the integrity of aligning body/speech/mind, how our stories fit into this model, and how being in alignment can bring ease to the daily grind. Theresa introduces the Meridians and Sherry talks about the Yamas & Niyamas (observances & ethical guidelines from the Yogic tradition).
