As she reflected on her sensitivity and intuitive nature, she realized these gifts had been present since childhood, even though she was the only one in her family drawn to holistic and spiritual practices. Leaving the corporate world allowed Michelle to fully embrace her spiritual calling. Through her own healing journey, she discovered the transformative power of self-care, self-love, and authenticity. She learned that when we prioritize emotional well-being and personal growth over external success, we cultivate a deeper sense of fulfillment and alignment. In this episode, Michelle shares how embracing all parts of ourselves enables us to both heal and give more fully to others. Together, we explore the power of love and presence in shaping our reality, the importance of opening the heart and sending love to all living beings, and how to consciously step away from fear-based influences to center ourselves in love. Michelle also introduces the concept of light language and offers a live demonstration of this profound energetic expression.
