A journey to find Polish ancestors - Paul Chowansky is looking for information about his Polish family

Paul Chowansky's great-grandparents came to this country in 1883 from what is now called Uscie Gorlickie, Poland. Then it was part of the Austrian- Hungarian empire in Slovakia. They came with one infant son. Their headstone in Shenandoah, PA.Now retired, Paul has a wish - to get to know his past, learn about his ancestors from Poland, to get to know their story better.
