"A Juxtaposition" by Kenny Bishop

Many of us grew up in a very strict church and religious environment. The rules of our faith told us what we were allowed to do and what we weren't, and the "do not" list was usually pretty long. Now that we have examined and have a better understanding of who God is and what God expects from us, we've discovered that if there are any rules, they can be best summed up with Jesus' own words, to love God, love others, and love ourselves. Keeping those rules goes a long way toward helping us deal with the harsh and binding religious juxtaposition we face.
