It can not grow if there is no fertilizer or ideas that develop. An Entrepreneur has to be willing to learn from his/her mistakes, failures as well as accept advice by others like mentors or even employees otherwise he/she donâ€™t have a flexible growth mindset and they get stuck in their ways. So be willing to learn and accept advice from others is a trait of an entrepreneur
