Peter's life was full of bumps and bruises as we see through the Gospels, as he is trying to be loyal and live out his faith. We see him at the end of Jesus' earthly life stating so valiantlym that he would never deny him, but , most assuredly he did, as Jesus prophesied.

In John 21, Peter and other disciples are fishing when an appearance from the Ressurected Christ changed their lives. This encounter most specifically changed Peter's Life as Jesus not only restored him from his previous denial, but revised Him. Giving him a fresh assignment and a new perspective on ministry.
