A LEADER'S VISION HAS 3 ROLES IN BUSINESS: DRIVES EXECUTION, OPERATION AND LID SETTING

A LEADER'S VISION HAS 3 ROLES IN BUSINESS: DRIVES EXECUTION, OPERATION AND LID SETTING “Without a vision, the people on your team might function but they will not function optimally. They will do the work prescribed for the day. They will have no inspiration, inclination, or innovation to do more than the scope of their job description. Any obstacle has the potential to derail any project. Every setback is a step back. Every new opportunity is a bridge too far. However, a well crafted and well articulated vision will drive execution at the highest level, insure operations catches every opportunity to grow, and set the lid as a high bar to be reached and raised regularly. Work on your vision as much as you work on your business plan and fundraising. A strong vision will make the others easier.” J Loren Norris Watch the video Leading Leaders Podcast 3-3-23: http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/a-leaders-vision-has-3-roles-in-business-drives-execution-operation-and-lid-setting Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV https://anchor.fm/j-loren-norris/support CLICK HERE for the FREE StoryPower Assessment - https://form.jotform.com/222696275293163
