A Leadership Void In "Woke" America

This episode starts "mid idea' with Jim sharing where he thinks "it" started What "it" turns out to be is leadership and the division of ideology known as "woke" and "rational":) Mark tells his story about the Russian spy who defected.  How he said on a tv talk show in the 70's that the Russians have been infecting our schools with a socialist/communist The guys cite the Bud Light and Target incidents where they tried to serve the LGBTQ community and it blew up in their face Mark reflects back on some DEI discussion we had and how it leads to having unqualified people in positions of power.  Identity politics Mark says we need to hold people accountable and Jim is encouraged by the Bid Light debacle Jim mentions white guilt and entitlement at the core of this issue and then he brings up Blackrock and the DEI/ESG initiatives being pushed back on.
