A Leaf Collection Overreaction w/ Scott Spiker

The City of Milwaukee is looking towards making residents bag their leaves due to how street leaves have clogged the city's sewer system, but not everyone is for this. Alderman Scott Spiker joined WTMJ hosts John Mercure and Julia Fello, who called it an overreaction. They also asked Spiker about his colleague Bob Bauman who wants to institute a curfew for food trucks downtown, and if it was a good idea. Spiker said yes if it helps the Milwaukee Police Department. They also talked about the fenced perimeter that Bauman wanted to add to the bar district on Water Street.
