In this episode we are talking with Lynne Carpenter, a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Bhakti yogi, healer and holistic physical therapist.  Lynne blends ancient wisdom with scientific knowledge to help individuals heal physically and emotionally through breath and movement, beginning each day with her own daily yoga practice.   **We start off the conversation with a short but powerful breathing exercise, so grab a comfy seat!** Lynne takes us on a journey that begins with breathing her way out of an asthma attack as a child, an event which seeds a deep inner knowing and trust of her self-healing abilities.  Now as a 54-year-old woman and several degrees and life paths later she exudes vitality and encourages others to take sovereignty over their health and well being.  Lynne has also cultivated a natural understanding of death,  and she shares an incredibly touching story about her father’s transition.
