Hola apasionados del taekwondo ¿cómo están? Bienvenidos a un nuevo episodio de Pasión Taekwondo.Hoy es viernes y toca: juego.El juego se llama a limpiar la casa, es un juego que puede servir para repasar técnicas que se tienen ya dominadas y también puede ser utilizado para desarrollar resistencia aeróbica.¿De qué se trata?Es muy sencillo. Tienes que dividir el área de trabajo en dos partes, y en cada parte dejar regados un número determinado de palchaguis (o paletas, o cualquier material que no se rompa al lanzarlo). Habrá un tiempo límite en el que los niños tratarán de lanzar todo el material al área del equipo contrario. Finalizado el tiempo se contabilizará cuantos palchaguis quedaron en cada área y ganará el equipo que haya limpiado mejor su casa, es decir que tenga menos material en su área.VariacionesPuedes modificar el juego para que los niños practiquen determinadas técnicas. Por ejemplo decirles: Antes de lanzar un palchagui tendrán que hacer una lagartija, o dos, o una sentadilla. Depende de lo que quieras.Si lo que quieres es que entrenen técnicas de taekwondo, te recomiendo que sean técnicas que ya conocen y que solo tienen que repetir para que se apropien del gesto. No conviene hacer este juego con técnicas nuevas de las que aún no se apropian los niños porque la prisa por ganar puede llevar a cometer errores.Para minimizar estos errores te recomiendo que participes en el juego como juez, si una técnica no se realiza de forma correcta el niño que la realizó tendrá que repetirla. Esto es importante ya que si los niños se acostumbran a hacer las técnicas con pequeños errores (no importa que tan pequeños), estos serán más difíciles de corregir en el futuro.Qué te pareces si pruebas este juego en tu clase y me cuentas como te va, estoy seguro de que tus alumnos lo disfrutarán.Gracias por escuchar Pasión Taekwondo, un saludo de tu amigo Luis Arroyo.
