This week on Unpacked are chatting with guest Maureen Speidel of Delta Psychological  Services in Chestermere and one of our absolute favourite people.  She specializes in Trauma and Attachment, is trained in EMDR, is a Circle of Security Facilitator and educated in the Neuro-Sequential Model of Therapeutics. Maureen returns with the Unpacked team to chat attachment theory.
