A Mami Wata saves a boy's life, but the price is the extinction of her race

Simidele is one of the 7 Mami Wata created by Yemoja, mother of the waters. Simidele was human before she was reborn as a mermaid to fulfil a purpose, but she craved more beyond the purpose she served. She also missed being human, even though she had few memories of her human life. Perhaps that was why fate showed up with other plans for her. There you have it, a mermaid story. This is the first episode after my 2-week break. I plan to take 2-week breaks after every 5 weeks of putting out episodes.
