A Mandate to Ignite a Revival of Prayer

Pastor Fred and his wife Mrs. Wanda Smith pastor Community Pentecostal Church located in Ft. Duchesne, Utah, home to the Northern Ute tribe, and have been involved in full time ministry for over 40 years. They are ordained with the Pentecostal Church of God located in Bedford, Texas.In 2008, they were given a mandate to "Ignite a Revival of Prayer" across Native territories and churches. Since then, they have been able to, by the Grace of God, establish prayer groups amongst 80 different tribes.
