A mattress with a ripple effect

Today I saw a picture of a mattress with a ripple effect. I then glanced at some marketing blurb on such a mattress and it describes what God genuinely wants to give us and can give us. 'Wake up each morning feeling refreshed. The Ripple Mattress Topper ...allows you to sleep in comfort. The ripples let the air circulate to keep you cool ...'. God can bless us this way if, when we go to bed, we remind ourselves of God's goodness. A helpful and effective practice is to repeat a Bible verse of a few words such as "I am the Lord who heals you" (Exodus 15:26). It could be that your mind is plagued with stressful thoughts or you have pain or discomfort in your body. Focussing on God's Word is your antidote for you to be able to sleep.
