My family has a long history of military service.It was important to my Mom and Dad that me and my brother Jim had a strong understanding of what Memorial Day is and why it is important. We always attended the parades and the commemoration services.My wife Dee Dee and I continued that tradition with our four children.I hope you enjoy the tribute I have put together with help from the History Channel and other resources.
