People with mental health challenges are often marginalized. They are labeled. They feel like they are defined by their diagnosis and don’t believe there is hope. There is hope. Emily Grossman is a living example. She has been there. She was diagnosed with bipolar disorder years ago and has recovered. She believes that mental health challenges are not a life sentence.
