A Moment To Pause: Sunday 2nd August 2026

Welcome to A Moment to Pause. We join Br Michael Moore OMI from Colwyn Bay, Wales . In the name of the father, the son and the Holy Spirit. Amen  Good morning and welcome to our moment to pause with the oblate Family.  When Jesus asked his followers to feed the crowd, they said they couldn’t because all they had to offer him was little bread and fish. But he took the smalls bits of bread and fish, blest them and shared them out and everyone had more than enough to eat.  What can I offer the Lord today? No matter how small I think it is, it will be accepted, blessed and multiplied in ways I can’t begin to imagine. What are my gifts and talents that I can offer the Lord today?  We offer our own intentions to the Lord as we pray:  Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done  on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day  our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses,  as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
