A Moment To Pause: Thursday 30th July 2026

Welcome to A Moment to Pause. We join Br Michael Moore OMI from Colwyn Bay, Wales . In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.  Good morning and welcome to our moment to pause with the oblate Family…   Jesus reminds us that the Kingdom of God is like a net with a huge variety of fish. The same might be said of the church. It is made up of all sorts of people, with different, ideas and opinions. Can we listen to and accept each other, especially those who ideas are different than ours? Can we work together? Can we find a way together to build and promote God’s Kingdom for the good of all, and not just ourselves?  We offer Go our own intentions today to the Lord as we pray  Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done  on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day  our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses,  as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
