A Monday Morning Prayer

We Want To Hear From YOU!2 Timothy 3:1-5 But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.Father God in the name of your son Jesus, we come before you today first thank you for waking us up another day, thank you for giving us another day, to serve you another day to be an example on this earth of your good, your majesty, your grace, and your mercy.Lord, we thank you for your Word for in your Word you told us we would face these times, and your Word has proven over and over to be true and prophetic.  In Matthew 5:18 you confirmed, “until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished”As we approach your throne this morning, know that your Word is true, all we can do is humble our hearts, renew our minds and ask that you steer and guide us, give us a spirit of discernment, and let us not become consumed to the ways of this world.  Let us seek truth over popularity, “celebritism”, money, and fame.  Let us not walk in a spirit of selfishness, guard our tongues that we do not speak a slanderous word again another for we know all souls were created engraved with your divine destiny, we respect and humble all that you create and every purpose you have laid out in your plans.Lord and every household and family represented under the sound of my voice, Lord I ask that you bless, protect, cover, exalt, and elevate in your purpose.  Anything that is not of your will working against the households and families represented, we ask that you take control of it, shift the atmosphere in each home to align with your will and your purpose, and let praise to you oh God be the paint on their walls, let humility be rooted in the floors they walk on and let the Holy Spirit consume the water they bathe and drink, align each household with your Kingdom.We give you glory, we give you honor we give you praise.  And we thank you in advance for your continued protection, direction, grace, mercy, and blessing.
