A Month of Grace - Day 24 - Give Yourself Love

Welcome to day 24 of Journeying Through a Month of Grace. Today we give ourselves love. Love is. Love encompasses all. Love heals all. To let love move through us we need to practice to open our hearts. When the heart is open LOVE can flow, and it touches.  Sometimes, the easiest way to receive love is to give love. And for that I can highly recommend doing Dr. Joe Dispenza's Golov 20 meditation: https://youtu.be/FZXVix4TNOI  It's beautiful and reaches deeply into the heart, so that we can open ourselves up to love.  So today, beautiful, give yourself love.   ----------------- As we're Wrapping Up 2022 (listen to episode #167) many of us find ourselves in a lot of fast-paced pressure. We have so many things we wanna wrap up, finish and complete before we enter the year of 2023, that we tend to forget to really tune in and slow down. This is the season to slow down.
