A Month Of Grace - Day 3 - Give Yourself Sacred Space

Welcome to day 3 of Journeying Through a Month of Grace. Today we create a safe and sacred space. This is a little reminder that the simplest things can have the greatest impact. Your sacred space is within you, deep within your heart, but it is also important to create a space that is sacred to us in our homes and environment. Peace is a sacred space within, it is the temple of our internal landscape. We are free to visit it, whenever we seek sanctuary. Underneath the chaos of everyday living, peace is patiently awaiting our discovery... go within." ― Jaeda DeWalt As we're Wrapping Up 2022 (listen to episode #167) many of us find ourselves in a lot of fast-paced pressure. We have so many things we wanna wrap up, finish and complete before we enter the year of 2023, that we tend to forget to really tune in and slow down. This is the season to slow down.
