A Month Of Grace - Day 4 - Give Yourself Rest

Welcome to day 4 of Journeying Through a Month of Grace. Today we remind ourselves to give ourselves rest. This is a gentle reminder, ladies, to take time out and know when it's time for rest and time for action.  Rest is an integral part of creativity. If you run on dry all the time there's not much to give and surely your creativity will suffer. Our nervous systems are on overload these days and that's why it's imperative to rest as much as we can and listen to our bodies.  So, today give yourself rest. Your are allowed to rest. Breathe that in. ;) As we're Wrapping Up 2022 (listen to episode #167) many of us find ourselves in a lot of fast-paced pressure. We have so many things we wanna wrap up, finish and complete before we enter the year of 2023, that we tend to forget to really tune in and slow down. This is the season to slow down.
