Lauren tells her story with candor and grace, to reveal how streaking gave her the fortitude to provide for her family, confront her abuser, and save her life.Lauren is a Masters Runner who has run over 100k miles in her 46+ year career, is Secretary of the USATF Mid-Atlantic Association, sits on their board of directors as well as the Long Distance Running Committee, and is a Mother whose love of life and family is boundless.
