A mother’s love is one that cannot be matched. Tamara sits down with her cousin, Janiene Taylor, and they talk about how her mother’s love mapped out the structure she built for parenting her daughters. Though Janiene lost her mother at a very young age, she keeps the memories alive and intentionally makes her own. Janiene is not only a mother to three beautiful girls, but she takes great pride in giving back to her community. As the founder of Justice4joi, she works to give NICU parents everything she didn’t know she needed after spending 30 days in the hospital with her NICU baby. She advocates to make sure mothers are not afraid or alone. Recently, her advocacy was recognized by the community she serves when she was nominated as a 2024 H.O.P.E. Lifetime Achievement Honoree.
