A much needed break! I'll be back yall!

I have decided to take a little break for awhile from podcasting and a few other projects I have in the works. These last few years, the last 2 specifically have done a major number on my mental, emotional and newly spiritual health. I went through a LONG debilitating and painful grieving process, shed the old skin that was formerly me and under went a complete transformation from within and was dragged by my hair on an excellerated healing journey and spiritual awakening I never asked to be on. It had gotten so bad and I had shifted and changed so much, it had started to greatly affect my marriage and home life. I am first and foremost committed to putting my kids and my marriage first and doing whatever is necessary to ensure that. So I think I am going to take a little hiatus from social media as well as podcasting. Podcasting has actually had a huge positive impact on my overall health but I want to take a break because I pushed 16 episodes out very quickly and I think I deserve a bit of a break.
