This week on The Safe Room Podcast, we got Sunshine Arcilla, a multimedia creative, founder of Connect North York & OTR Media Productions, Co-founder and director of CONNECT Collective, and a phenomenal person who's turned herself into a dominant force. I met Sunshine last year, well that's not technically true because I could probably name three times over to when I was in the same room with Sunshine: Our high school days at Downsview, a missed opportunity at York University within the BUSO Program, and a couple of parties here and there. Our relationship feels like the MCU's version of the Multiverse, where any branched timeline could've led us to meet. Sunshine had come a long way from when she was young and has shaped herself to be a consistent and passionate artist/manager who utilizes her knowledge and resources to build her businesses and support upcoming artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives with their craft, including myself. If it weren't for the MC opportunity for Connect North York's Meet The Youth 2022 Networking Event, I would've never continued my working and friendly relationship with her. I can go on and on, but that's what this episode goes over; it discusses Sunshine's rise to the top and how she's turning heads and setting standards for anyone motivated to follow her path.
