Between 1992-1995, the Bosnian War took place in Bosnia and Herzegovina which displaced many inhabitants from their country including my Sister-In-Love, Dr. Vernesa Perry. She was just a young girl when the war took place and before long, she and her family became refugees and eventually moved to America, settling in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
