A Natural Birth Tear to Horseback Riding 3 weeks after Birth

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Jessica. Jessica is a mama of one from Texas where she lives with her husband and run a horse training business as well as selling real estate.  She loves horseback riding and rode her horses up until 9 months pregnant. Today we will hear about her birth centre birth and how she, after 24hrs, birthed her baby in the center but had a tear they were not confident stitching for her there so she went to the hospital where she was received in a friendly and helpful manner and got the help she needed.  And in 3 weeks after her birth she was back up on her horse, riding with no issues.
