A New Chance and Choice

Morning Mantra: "There are two things we get at the start of each new day; A chance and a choice."

Each morning you wake up with the chance to live your life the way you choose. Will you live with love, compassion, honesty, inclusion and gratitude?  Or will you choose to live it focused on what's wrong with you, your life, your job, or your relationships?

If you choose to focus on what's wrong you then have the choice to do something about what you don't like.  
Not satisfied with your health- go for a walk.
Not happy with your job- spend some time exploring new ones.
Not feeling the love in your relationship? Explore ways to improve it or to move on.

Life will always throw you a curve ball-it's how we grow. Some of these will seem unsurmountable. But you STILL get a chance to choose how you respond.  Will you live bitter or better?  Will you live with a victim mentality or will you see each obstacle as a way to build your self esteem with the power to overcome?

The number of days you get is limited so don't waste another one unhappy with your life.  You have a CHANCE to CHOOSE something better.  Let today be the day you start.
