A New Economic Paradigm?

from HUMAN Talks · host HUMAN internasjonale dokumentarfilmfestival

Sine the 1930s global political economy has developed from a Keynesian understanding to a neo-liberal understanding. Through IMF conditionality countries have implemented liberalist reforms. In some instances, these reforms have led to growth in inequality, lower job security, reduced minimum wage, and cut in state pensions. This episode questions whether these policies contribute to a positive development or a new economic paradigm.
