A new plan to help the city’s unhoused population

This week On The Record, host Randy Beamer hears about a new plan to deal with homelessness by clearing out encampments, and working to get social services and housing for those affected.  Guest is District 7 Councilwoman Marina Alderete Gavito, who has filed the CCR for the plan.
