I’ve been always fascinated by the topic of consciousness, and today we’re diving deep. Anil Seth is a Professor of Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience at the University of Sussex and a Co-Director of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR) Program on Brain, Mind, and Consciousness.His book Being You: A New Science of Consciousness was a Sunday Times Top 10 Bestseller and was named as a book of the year by Economist, Guardian, Bloomberg, and Financial Times.  In this episode, we also discuss the notion of reality, how we perceive and interact with it, and what we can do to change our experience if we choose so.
