Even before the pandemic, many have struggled with how and where to begin—whether it involves the ‘V-A’, or ‘Tricare’, or ‘Medicaid’/‘Medicare’, or private insurance. And, this is indeed a problem here in Maryland: According to the ‘Census Bureau’, of the 427-thousand veterans who live in the state, only 22-percent have used their earned benefits for ‘V-A’-healthcare.
