I wanted to be open and honest about how I am trying to better myself and focus on minorities and people of color's thoughts and opinions before my own. My goal for this podcast was, and always has been, to uplift voices in my community, to talk about hard issues, to talk about life and it doesn't seem right for me to do that without recognizing my privileges.
