A not-so-common sighting of the Common Raven

As I was leaving the Wilson County News office and heading toward my car May 14, I heard such a ruckus — sounds I’m sure I’ve never heard before. At first I thought a puppy or some other animal was in trouble; then it sounded like croaking and squawking. I then suspected a large bird of some kind.
