Happy back-to-school friends! We know that some of you may have been back for a few weeks - but now, after Labor Day, we all stand in Back-to-School solidarity. After seeing so many of you over the summer and listening to your stories on social and podcasts - we know you are stronger than ever. Your never-ending commitment to professional development amazes us and we are proud to deliver a few new morsels for you to chew on in this new edition. Stefanie Giannini says it well in her article - take what you learn now and store it up for those mid-year slumps or unexpected bumps in the road - because we know they will come and you will rise above, as you always do.
